How do I apply for a job at Zeiders?

Visit our career opportunities center. You can search by job category, job title, location, or schedule to find what interests you most. Review the job details and click “Apply Now” to get started.

Do I need an account to apply for a position?

You will need to create an account the first time you apply. After that, just sign in to continue an application in process or apply to another position. Registration is not needed to search for opportunities.

What can I do if I forgot my account password?

Please follow the onscreen prompts to reset your password. Zeiders staff are not able to reset passwords for our career opportunities center.

How do I request accessibility accommodations?

If you are a job seeker with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to apply for one of our jobs, please contact us by calling 855-845-0220. The phone number is a dedicated line designed exclusively to assist disabled job seekers whose disability prevents them from being able to apply online. A response to your request may take up to two business days.

Can I apply to multiple positions?

Yes. You will need to complete an application for each position.

Can I add additional documents to my application after I’ve already submitted it?

You can log in to your profile in the career opportunities center and upload any additions as needed.

What are the steps in the recruiting process?

How will I get updates on my status?

Initial communications are sent to candidates from or a member of the recruiting team. All email communications will be from a address. Further steps in the process may include phone calls or texts in addition to emails.

What benefits does Zeiders offer?

What requirements must I meet to be considered for a position?

As a government contractor, you must meet the required education, certification, and experience qualifications to be considered for a position. All candidates must be eligible to work in the US and pass a background investigation. Any further requirements are listed in each detailed job description.

What is included in the background check?

As a government contractor, we require a background check from candidates selected for a position. Background checks include but are not limited to employment verification, identity verification, and criminal records searches, as needed based on the contract requirements for the position. Do you offer remote opportunities?

Yes. We offer positions both on-site and remote. Please review the job details for the opportunity that interests you and verify if it is a remote position.

How can I talk to a recruiter about a position I am interested in?

Due to the volume across the globe, we cannot speak with every candidate who shows interest in our positions. All candidates must apply to be considered for positions.  The most effective way to do this is to review the opportunity and apply for it. This allows our recruiters to review your application and follow up with you as we have outlined in the candidate journey.   Visit our candidate journey page to read more about the steps in our process.

How do I provide the name of the employee who told me about the position?

We are proud of our strong employee referral program, and like to recognize professionals who make qualified, successful referrals. When you apply for a position, you will be asked “How did you hear about our company?” Please answer the appropriate “referral” and enter the name of the person who referred you in the next field.

Do you offer government positions?

No. We are a government contractor with positions available throughout the U.S. and overseas. If hired, you will be an employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc.

How is compensation for each position determined?

Pay ranges listed in job details for all positions are a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in pay ranges for jobs include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographical location internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
