One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).

OASIS+ contracts may be used by all federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), but are not open to state and local governments at this time.

Under the OASIS+ program, this suite of contracts combines the scope of legacy OASIS, Building Maintenance & Operations (BMO), and Human Capital & Training Solutions (HCaTS), along with new areas of service that were previously not in scope.

Zeiders is a prime vendor on the PEO EIS Human Resources Solutions Program Directorate, requirement for Personnel Life Cycle Support Services. HR Solutions provides timely and high-quality services at a reduced cost to support a wide variety of support services important to Soldiers and their families. HR Solutions delivers performance-based services with measurable outcomes and supports the total lifecycle of requirements.

The HR Solutions PLS contract streamlines the provision of Personnel Life Cycle Support services to the U.S. Army in Personnel Structure, Distribution (Manpower), Training and Development, Compensation, Sustainment, and Transition.

HR Solutions is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle under which Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF), or Time & Materials (T&M) contract types may be issued.

Personnel and Readiness Infrastructure Support Management (PRISM)

The Personnel and Readiness Infrastructure Support Management (PRISM) contract established by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (OUSD P&R) capabilities.

Some of the key focus areas under the PRISM contract include System Sustainment and Modernization, Engineering and Integration, Cybersecurity and IT Services, and Training and Support.

Our SDB partner, West 4th Strategy, was one of several companies awarded positions within the PRISM contract. As a subcontractor, Zeiders will support West 4th Strategy to provide innovative and cost-effective services to enhance DOD’s personnel infrastructure.
