09 Jul Zeiders Recognized with 2024 Military Friendly Awards!
We are thrilled to announce that our company has once again been recognized as a Top Military Friendly Company! This marks the 9th year that Zeiders has been recognized by Military Friendly for demonstrating its “commitment, effort and success in creating sustainable and meaningful benefit for the military community” and providing a positive work environment for military veterans.
The list of designations has been released with Zeiders earning Gold Level and Top 10 distinctions as a Military Friendly® Employer, Military Spouse Friendly® Employer, Military Friendly® Brand, Military Friendly® Company, and for our Military Friendly® Supplier Diversity Program.
Over twelve hundred companies participated in the 2024 survey. Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by VIQTORY with input from the Military Friendly® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for recruitment, new hire retention, employee turnover, and promotion & advancement of veterans and military employees.
