Happy Birthday to the United States Army!
Join us in celebrating the 250th Birthday of the US Army by thanking the Service members who tirelessly defend our country. The Second Continental Congress founded the Army in 1775, making it the oldest branch in the United States Military.
The Army was first a small militia put together to defend the thirteen original colonies but is now one of the world’s most prominent parts of the Military. As the largest military branch, the US Army continues to make sacrifices to protect our peace and freedom. Thanks to their core values, loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage, the Army continues to serve honorably in times of peace and war.
Today we honor all Soldiers, past and present, as well as their spouses, parents, and children who serve in the Army, Army National Guard, or Army Reserve. Zeiders is proud to support the American Soldier who is Always Ready, Always Leading.
