Memorial Day

May 31st  is Memorial Day. This is an opportunity to honor those who died while serving in the United States military. These men and women made the ultimate sacrifice and gave their lives to ensure the safety of their home and to keep their fellow citizens strong and free.

Each year on this day at 3:00 p.m., there is a moment of remembrance.  During this minute, it is asked that we pause to pay our respects to the men and women who died in service of our country, especially those who died in battle. In observance of the National Moment of Remembrance for example: trains blow their whistles, Major League Baseball games in progress pause for a moment of silence, cars drive with their headlights on, and Americans everywhere wave flags to honor our warriors.

Zeiders honors the fallen who gave their lives so that we may live ours. We recognize the difficulties of military life, and we strive to ease these obstacles through our support of military personnel, veterans, and their families.

Thank you for the service and dedication to our nation.
