12 Feb Zeiders Receives 2016 ICMI Global Contact Center Award – Best Medium Contact Center
Zeiders Enterprises is the 2016 winner of International Customer Management Institute’s Global Contact Center Award for Best Medium Contact Center. Marjorie Love accepted the ICMI Global Contact Center Award on behalf of all Zeiders team members stating, “This industry recognition is only possible when every single person on the team contributes their best, every day, focusing on connecting, engaging and delivering superior products and services.”
The ICMI Awards program represents the entire call center and customer service industry, from all sectors both public and private and of all sizes. Zeiders Contact Center was selected from an impressive field of over 80 organizations and nearly 150 entries.
