Zeiders has again earned the Military Friendly ® Employer designation and awarded as a Top 10 Military Spouse Friendly ® Employer by Victory Media, publisher of G.I. Jobs ®, Military Spouse, and Vetrepreneur ® magazines.
Military Friendly® is the standard that measures an organization’s commitment, effort and success in creating sustainable and meaningful benefits for the military community. Each year, the list of Military Friendly ® Employers is provided to service members and their families, helping them discover the best post-military career opportunities available. This standard provides positive reinforcement for American organizations to invest in programs that improve the lives of veterans.

Companies earn the elite Military Friendly ® Employer and Military Spouse Friendly ® designations through a scoring methodology that includes a data-driven survey, publicly available data from federal agencies, and personal opinion data from veteran employees. Ratings methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by Victory Media with input from the Military Friendly ® Advisory Council with data independently tested by Ernst & Young. Criteria included an assessment of the organization’s military recruiting efforts, retention programs for veterans and spouses, employee turnover, and the company policies on promotion and advancement of veterans and military spouse employees.
