Application Steps

Zeiders is eager to match meaningful careers with motivated, qualified candidates. The timeline for the application process can vary, but our goal is to engage with candidates as soon as practical. While we wish we could contact all applicants, due to the high volume of applications, our recruiters cannot contact everyone. Please check your online application status for updates.

All candidates must:

Be authorized to work in the United States;

Be willing to submit to a comprehensive background check; and

Complete all job-related application steps.

Follow these steps to share your talent with us:

STEP 1: Search Jobs

Zeiders job opportunities are located in our online Career Opportunities Center. From our Career Opportunities page you can view a full listing of all jobs or use the search and filter options to refine your results.

STEP 2: Submit Your Application

When you find a job that is right for you, submit your application through our online Career Opportunities Center. Once you select the position you want to apply for, click “Apply Now.” First-time users will need to create an account for our Career Opportunities Center. Zeiders will retain your application records for two years, so you may log in again and apply for additional jobs.

STEP 3: Follow Up

After submitting your application, you will receive an automated response from our application system to notify you that your application was successfully uploaded for review. If you meet all qualifications for the position that you applied to and are one of the strongest candidates, a recruiter will contact you to coordinate the next steps in the selection process. Due to the volume of applications received, our recruiters are not able to respond to all who apply. If you are not selected to advance in the recruitment process, you will receive an automated email response.

STEP 4: Interviews

If you are selected to continue in the process, a member of the recruiting team will contact you for a phone interview. If you are considered to be a good match for a position, we’ll schedule you for a formal interview with a member of the appropriate management team.

STEP 5: Candidate Selection

After the formal interview, a hiring manager will review the feedback from interviewers and select an applicant for the position. Applicants who accept a contingent offer of employment must satisfactorily meet all requirements of the comprehensive background check as required for that position.

Were you referred to Zeiders by a current employee?

Zeiders is proud of our strong employee referral program, and we would like to recognize our current employees who make qualified, successful referrals. When applying for positions within Zeiders, you will be asked “How did you hear about our company?” Please answer “referral” and enter the name of the person who referred you in the next field.

What is included in a background check?

As a government contractor, we require a background check. Those selected for a position must complete a background check to be considered further. Background checks include but are not limited to employment verification, identity verification, and criminal records searches, as needed based on the contract requirements for the position.
