Zeiders helps individuals manage critical aspects of their personal and professional lives through work-life programs. These services deliver trained staff and program expertise through self-paced, one-on-one, or group resources. We also provide extensive information and referral services to a myriad of Government, community and non-profit sources to help individuals and families as needed.

Our work-life specialists deliver expert, tailored support services in areas such as:

• Personal Financial Management – helping clients in budgeting, car buying, house buying, establishing credit and other consumer finance topics through on-site group seminars and one-on-one meetings
• Relocation Assistance – helping clients manage the mobile military lifestyle by providing information and referral resources that can even include cultural adaptation awareness training for overseas duty locations
• Transition Assistance – helping clients manage the transition from military to civilian life, including translating military career to civilian jobs experience, as well as help with job search strategies
• Exceptional Family Member - helping families with a special needs family member manage the challenging task of coordinating care and support 
• Family Member Employment Assistance
• New Parent Support Services
• Employee Assistance Program counselors provide services and develop products that improve the quality of life military and civilian workers, their families, and their organizations
