Policy Documentation and Program Guidance

Zeiders Enterprises’ broad-based experience in human services program development and delivery has resulted in numerous partnerships with senior program and policy managers who, in turn, seek our expertise in the development of policy implementation tools. Our project managers and subject matter experts are frequently requested to research, author, and disseminate major human service policy and procedural materials. We work closely with senior leaders and their designated field representatives to develop user-friendly tools that help translate higher-headquarters policy into daily program operations.

Content contained within the Desk Guides usually includes applicable instructions and orders, accreditation standards and inspection requirements, background and philosophy of program, service level standards, staffing models and requirements, quality assurance methods, performance measures, program management guidance, and service delivery venues. Desk Guides frequently serve to standardize programs across geographically dispersed areas and include standard forms, definitions and key terms, checklists, and other applicable resource materials.
