Mr. Anderson has over 10 years of service delivery and business development in the human capital, training, and management markets. As the Director for Corporate Development, he is responsible for bringing Zeiders’ quality of life services to new clients and partners through innovative plans utilizing both short- and long-term growth strategies. Mr. Anderson’s passion for Service members and their families is a result 30 years of military service as an Infantry Officer. Beginning as a company commander, he was promoted through Commanding General of Mechanized, Airborne, Ranger, Light, Joint and Agency levels. His career culminated as the Commanding General of the Army Human Resources Command. Before coming to Zeiders, Mr. Anderson provided consulting services and served as Vice President for the Military Personnel Business Unit, Defense Business Group at Serco, Inc., where he successfully managed a team executing global delivery contracts and meeting growth objectives. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Masters of Management degree from Webster University. He attended The Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School.
