Zeiders combines innovative learning delivery methods with high-touch customer service to deliver learning programs that meet the emerging needs of the military community. Our L&D providers include Certified Professionals in Learning & Performance (CPLP). Many of our Instructional Learning Specialists are licensed professional educators and clinical training staff members are licensed mental health practitioners.
The foundation of our learning and professional development services begins with a deep understanding of military and family readiness needs, requirements and culture. We consider audience needs and preferences, adult learning principles and multi-generational factors, all of which are crucial to the design and delivery of effective learning programs.
