In order to open the training course you must have the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player installed. If you see an animated graphic to the right, follow the instructions within the Flash file. If you do not see an animated graphic to the right, check the following items:

1. Make sure your ActiveX settings are not blocking Flash movies. This is common for Windows XP users.

A. Click the Information Bar that says "Click here for options..."

B. Click "Allow Blocked Content...", and then click "Yes" in the pop-up window.

2. Click here to get the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player
